SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping costs will be detailed clearly at the time of checkout and included within the total amount payable. All of our products are wrapped and secured using recyclable or biodegradable packaging - so please reuse or dispose of responsibly!
All items will be shipped using a registered courier, Royal Mail or alternatives. Shipping is tracked and insured - we guarantee you will receive your product in a safe and timely manner. If for any reason this is not the case at the time you receive your goods, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please buy with confidence - all consumer protections apply. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product please do get in touch via our website in the first instance.
If we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund by notifying us within 14 days of the purchase date - you do not need to provide us with a reason. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product to us at our registered address provided below. You will then be issued with a full refund as soon the product is received by us, or in any case no later than 14 of receipt of the same.

If you would prefer an exchange, please get in touch via our website or email and let us know within 14 days of the purchase date. We will then exchange your product as desired as soon as we have received the original purchased product in the condition it was purchased.
Please note, goods must be returned in a saleable condition and unused - if the candle has been burned or damaged in any way, we will be unable to provide an exchange or refund. Please message, or email for the returns address.
